Penguins training camp a trial by rigour

LANTZ: Healthy competition is the term being used best to describe this years East Hants Junior Penguins, who began training camp on Aug. 31. The Penguins opened their second season with 55 players – 14 of them goaltenders -- turning out at the start of training camp at Dalhousie Arena in Halifax. NINE MILE RIVER: Cycling is a passion for Todd Sawler, and when the opportunity came that he could put that love to good use, he did so by registering for the recently held Multiple Sclerosis Bike Tour.
